WHAT TO EXPECT:
THE SAVAGE REGIMEN
We're here to build championship fundamentals, and all levels are welcome to learn the sweet science of boxing.

THE BLUEPRINT We begin with a warm-up to get your heart rate up, so you're ready for what's next: precision shadow boxing.

THE FOUNDATION You'll drill your stance and footwork until they become second nature. A bad base is a quick knockout!

THE TECHNIQUE Then we can move on to pad work, partner drills, heavy bag, double-end bag, and work on refining our craft.

THE ACTION Sparring & pressure testing everything we've learned in a controlled environment.

SAVAGE BOXING GYM ISN'T JUST A GYM; IT'S A STANDARD. Co-founded by dynamic duo, Cristina "Yali", PMP, U.S. Navy Veteran and Antony "Latigo", Veteran of the Ecuadorian Armed Forces, and former Spanish Amateur boxer, we brought our shared passion for boxing and discipline to Vista, California in 2018.
As a married team, we combine professional athletic coaching with respect to ensure every member, from Rhythmic sessions to our 1st-round knockout boxing professionals, receives the elite-level attention they deserve.
We don't just teach you how to hit; we teach you the skills to win inside and outside of the ring, because believe it or not, the discipline you learn here transfers to everyday life.
Pro Coach Antony "Látigo": Pro-Boxing Specialist, Pro Cut man & Amateur Boxing certified. 17+ years of applied boxing experience. Former Spanish Amateur boxer.
Coach Yali Cristina: Fitness Boxing & Amateur Boxing certified (5+ years) Wellness Coach, Pro Corner woman & Cut woman.
Dynamic duo. Two backgrounds. We developed Savage Boxing Gym – disciplined, professional, and elite.
